Every cut includes the edges and the clear-up. Long, wet or badly overgrown grass can take more than one pass and sometimes a strimmer before the mower — mention how long it has been if you are not sure, and it gets allowed for in the quote.

No. It may need strimming first and cutting in stages, so it is worth saying roughly how long it has been when you get in touch.
Yes, unless you would rather they went on your own compost heap. Either is fine, just say which when you book.
