These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms your job is carried out under — those are on the quotation MNJ Trees & Landscapes sends you, and that document takes priority over anything written here.

Who these terms are with

This website is operated by MNJ Trees & Landscapes. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. You can contact us on 07828 576618 or at guilliganjim1@gmail.com.

What this website is

The pages here describe the kinds of work MNJ carries out and invite you to ask for a quote. They are a description of services — not an offer, not a specification, and not a guarantee that any particular job can be taken on. Nothing on this website forms a contract between us.

Quotations and prices

No prices are published on this website, and nothing here should be read as one. Quotations are free and given per job, based on what the work actually involves: the size of the garden, the state it is in, access, waste, and what you want done. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, and a job can be re-quoted if what is found on site turns out to be materially different from what was described.

A quotation is not a booking. Work is only agreed once you accept the quote and a date is arranged.

Discounts

Discounts are available for NHS workers, senior citizens and customers with disabilities. They are applied at MNJ’s discretion, and you need to mention the discount before the quote is given — a discount cannot be applied retrospectively to a job already quoted or completed. One discount applies per job; they are not combined with each other. Telling us about a discount is optional and never affects whether we quote for your work. How that information is handled is set out in the privacy policy.

Photographs on this site

The photographs are of MNJ’s own work. Their captions describe what is in the picture, not where or when it was taken. Every garden is different, so they show the standard of work rather than a result promised for any particular job. Where a page shows a before and after pair, both frames are the same job.

Enquiries and photographs you send us

Please send only information that is yours to send, and nothing unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading. If you attach photographs to an enquiry, you confirm you are entitled to share them with us. We use them to quote your job and nothing else; we will always ask separately before using a picture of a finished job anywhere public.

Availability and accuracy

We try to keep this website available, accurate and up to date, but it is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every page reflects what MNJ can take on this week. Where something matters to your decision, ask us and get it in the quotation rather than relying on a web page.

Liability

We are not liable for loss arising from relying on information on this website rather than on a quotation issued to you, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Copyright

The text, photographs and design of this website belong to MNJ or its suppliers. You may view and print pages for your own use, and you are welcome to share a link to any page. Please do not reuse the photographs or copy substantial parts of the site elsewhere without asking first.

Links to Facebook and WhatsApp are there for convenience. Those services are run by other companies, under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content.

Accessibility

If any part of this site is difficult to use, the accessibility statement explains how it has been built and how to tell us about a problem. You will never be at a disadvantage for contacting us by phone or text instead of using the form.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, dated 16 September 2026. Changes do not affect a quotation already issued to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
